Inspired by Ethan Schoonover's Solarized color palette for terminal and GUI applications, the Solarized Dark Mechanical Keyboard uses an eye-friendly color scheme that's perfect for marathon coding sessions. Its subtle rainbow is made up of complementary colors based on fixed color wheel relationships. The result is a gorgeous combination of hues that your eyes can't help but love. 

With its compact 65% layout, the Solarized Dark fits everything you need into a tidy yet practical form factor. Creating layers, macros, and reactive lighting effects has never been easier - VIA programming expands your options when it comes to RGB underglow effects and per-key LED backlighting. The Kailh hot-swappable PCB expands your possibilities even more, allowing you to mix and match switches without the need to solder.

Made with an ABS plastic case rated to withstand millions of keystrokes, the Solarized Dark offers durability for decades. Not only that, but the case is semi-translucent, gently glowing with whatever RGB effect you choose. 

A set of KDS Solarized Keycaps completes the look. These PBT plastic keycaps don't absorb oil from your fingertips or get shiny over time, promising a long lifespan without worry of wear. Combined with the classic sculpt of Cherry profile, they're a highly comfortable set for long sessions of typing or gaming. Connect the board to your Mac or PC via high-bandwidth USB-C for a stable and lag-free experience. 

Choose between the popular Gateron Reds for a smooth linear typing experience, or Kono Midnight Switches, providing acute tactility with a custom weighted spring.
