Triumph Adler, a German company, worked closely with Cherry on its computer keyboards in the late 80s. Their collaboration resulted in a grey and bright blue colorway that was sold in limited numbers near the iron curtain. Due to a "flaw" in the plastic, it aged to a beautiful muted blue and calm grey that far surpassed its stock appearance.

The original Cherry doubleshot sets are nearly impossible to find (less than 15 are known to exist), and can sell for more than $1000, so the community created this updated GMK set as a reasonable alternative.
