refurbished / open box keyboards
The refurbished category contains keyboards that have been repaired to good condition. It also includes open box keyboards that are tested and returned to stock. Light signs of use / age and small scratches / dings may be present.
b-stock keyboards
B-Stock keyboards have damage that is very obvious and difficult to repair, such as severe plate scratches (which requires total solder rework + a new plate to fix) or adhesive stains (adhesive remover and time to clean off). These keyboards are fully functional unless otherwise noted.

missing accessories
Our team looks for missing parts, and replaces them when possible, but it's difficult to spot check things like extra 'Fox keycaps. Please contact support@kono.store if your keyboard doesn't include an advertised accessory or part. We'll send you any absent items for free in the USA.
warranty
- No warranty for z70s, as manufacturer no longer supports
- For other keyboards, 1 Year Limited — parts and workmanship
- Cosmetic issues are not covered
